The investigating authorities search companies and confiscate business documents and electronic data. Forfeitures may be ordered and fines are imposed. Berit Kann advives her clients and organizes proceedings for them. She further coordinates criminal proceedings where often numerous employees are affected by the activities of investigating authorities.
